By accepting your meeting request, I commit to you and refuse other requests, if applicable. I therefore invite you to check your availability before requesting a meeting.
For appointments longer than 3 hours, 24-48 hours notice is required to book.
A deposit is required for new applicants.
If we cancel our appointment 48 hours or less before the scheduled date, a 50% cancellation fee will be required via electronic transfer, PayPal or GoFundMe.
Payments for appointments are made in Canadian cash or by Interac transfer.
